Prof. Yulin Wang

Wuhan University, China

Prof. Yulin Wang is a full professor in the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, China. His research interests include image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent system, e-commerce, IoT, code clone and so on. Before joining the Wuhan University, he has worked in Hi-tech IT industry, including HUAWEI© and national research institute, for more than ten years. He has involved more than 15 national and international research projects. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang has published 1 book, and 50+ journal and conference papers, including in IEEE TIP. He served as EiC of 2 international journals and reviewer of top IEEE and ACM journals. He also served as reviewer of Innovative talents projects and national research funds, including National High Technology Research and Development Program of China. He was the external PhD advisor of Dublin City University, Ireland during 2008-2010. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang served as chairman of more than 10 international conferences, and keynote speakers in more than 20 international conferences. In addition, Prof. Wang has been appointed as the deputy director of Hubei provincial science and technology commission (CAPD) since 2014.

Prof. Mingzhi Liao

Northwest A&F University, China

Prof. Mingqi Liao is the vice dean of the College of Life Sciences, Northwest A&F University, and the headof the subiect of bioinformatics. National Youth Talent Plan entrants, Shaanxi Province Outstanding YouthFund approved. Editor-in-chief Science Press's'14th Five-Year' higher education undergraduate planningtextbook Bioinformatics, participated in many textbooks. The research direction focuses on animalmulti-group student big data mining. It mainly uses advanced information technologies such as artificialintelligence to reveal biological phenomena, key biomarkers, molecular regulation mechanisms andsystem laws, and actively serves the industrial needs of Al-enabled synthetic biology, bio-intelligence andother industries. He chaired four National Natural Science Foundations and three Shaanxi ProvincialNatural Science Foundations. In recent years, he has published more than 70 research papers in PNAS,Advanced Science, Molecular Plant, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Autophagy, Cell Death & Disease,Briefings in Bioinformatics, Bioinformatics, The FASEB Journal, Zoological Research.

Prof. Liquan Chen

Southeast University, China

Liquan Chen, PhD, Professor. Currently, he is the Vice Dean and Professor of the School of Cyberspace Security at Southeast University, Deputy Director of the Information Security Research Center at Southeast University, a Senior Member of IEEE, a Senior Member of the China Institute of Communications, a Member of the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Jiangsu Computer Society. His main research areas include mobile information security, IoT systems and security, cloud computing and big data security, cryptography and security protocols, deep learning and artificial intelligence security, blockchain security technology, information hiding and digital watermarking. He has received the third prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of Southeast University Teaching Achievement Award. He has participated in and completed more than 40 projects, including the National "863" Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and provincial and ministerial-level projects. He has published more than 80 academic papers in important domestic and international journals and at IEEE international academic conferences, nearly 40 of which are indexed by SCI/EI, and has been granted nearly 20 invention patents.

Prof. Chang Tang

Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

ChangTang, PhD, Professor. Currently a professor at the School of Software, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a senior member of IEEE, CCF, and CSIG. His research focuses on multimodal machine learning and pattern recognition in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as its medical applications. He has published over 100 academic papers, including 12 ESI highly cited papers, 2 ESI hot papers, and over 9000 citations on Google Scholar. He holds over 20 authorized Chinese invention patents. He has led 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and a key project of the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Innovation and Development Joint Fund. He serves on the editorial boards of SCI journals such as *Neural Networks*, *IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics*, and *CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology*, and was the program chair for the International Conference on Digital Image Processing (ICDIP) 2022/2023/2024. His research achievements have won the second prize of the Natural Science Award from the China Society of Image and Graphics in 2024 and the first prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award in 2024.
